Tonight I’m gonna text, for all that we’ve been through: In collaboration with AZ Dems, Voters of Tomorrow, and Swifties for Kamala, sign up for an early voting text bank tomorrow, Oct. 24 from 6 - 8 pm PT. A full text banking training will be provided.
It’s a typical Tuesday Night, calling voters in North Carolina: Join Swifties for Kamala, NC Victory & College Democrats of America for a phone bank on Tue, Oct. 29 from 6 - 8 pm ET! Note: You do not need to be a college student to join. And don’t worry if this is your first time phone banking – there will be a full training at the start of the Zoom call and moderators to answer any questions you may have. All volunteers who attend will be entered to win a folklore cardigan from Swifties for Kamala.
Every day is like a battle, but every phone/text bank with us is like a dream! The Eras Tour isn’t the only thing we are celebrating this weekend! Join Swifties for Kamala and Voters of Tomorrow in calling and texting voters in battleground states while watching the Eras Tour! You can sign up for ANY of the shifts this weekend on Friday, Saturday or Sunday at: 3 - 5 pm, 5 - 7 pm, 7- 9 pm, or 9 - 11 pm! All times listed are ET. A full training will be provided at the start of every Zoom shift.
This was another packed week on the campaign trail! Kamala started off the week by sitting down with Fox News’s Bret Baier to talk about many issues facing the American people. While Baier came prepared with classic right-wing talking points on immigration and trans rights, the VP calmly shot down each of his allegations. She also called out Baier for showing a misleading clip of a Trump speech from earlier this week, in an attempted “gotcha” moment. You can watch the full interview here.
A few days ago the Washington Post released a study about where swing-state voters are getting their news from – and that about a quarter of the people surveyed who say Fox News is their main source of news say they are considering voting for Kamala. By going on Fox, Vice President Harris was able to reach out to a potentially massive, untapped group of registered voters who have only been hearing one side of things.
Interviews aside, the campaign schedule continues to get even more packed! On Monday, Kamala was campaigning with Liz Cheney in the suburbs of Wisconsin, hoping to reach some suburban swing-state voters. When asked about the Cheneys’ endorsement on The Daily Show, Tim Walz said it’s about “giv[ing] permission to those folks who want to find a reason to do the right thing.” Later this week, Kamala will be in Houston with Democratic Senate hopeful Colin Allred. And former President Barack Obama has also hit the campaign trail this week, doing events in multiple swing states. Last night he was introduced at a rally by Eminem, one of the coolest campaign special guests of all time!
As always, the most important thing you can be doing to help the campaign is talking to people you know about why you’re voting for Kamala. As we enter the final two (!!!) weeks before the election, now is the best time to chat with your friends, grandparents, and neighbors and make sure they have a plan to vote!
Sometimes the biggest consequence of an action is the total lives affected by it. In regards to Project 2025, how many people will have to suffer if a few get their way? This week we’re analyzing the projected human impact of some of the proposed plans so that you have one more great reason to ditch the clowns at the polls this election.
Project 2025’s Effect on Population
13.9 million LGBTQ adults at risk of losing Health and Human Services representation (pg. 284)
3.8 million public school teachers at risk of losing funding (pg. 5)
18 million veterans at risk of having their benefits restricted or altered (pg. 644 and 649)
14.4 million union workers at risk of losing their voice in the workplace (pg. 81)
1.8 million farms at risk of unsafe practices due to the loosening or removal of restrictions (pg. 293)
Maybe you’re in one category or more. This list only scratches the surface of those to be affected if Project 2025 has a chance to see the White House, so don’t say you’re too tired to fight now! Get to your local polling station and vote against the insurmountable loss of so many like you.
It’s been a long time coming — Election Day is just 13 days away. Over the past few months as Vice President Harris and Governor Walz have announced and discussed their policy positions, one thing has been consistent: They are focused on a New Way Forward. What exactly does that mean? It means their policies are focused on:
Building an opportunity economy and lowering costs for families
Safeguarding our fundamental freedoms
Ensuring safety and justice for all
Keeping America safe, secure, and prosperous
As we count the days and count the miles until we go to the ballot box, you can always get all the details on the Harris-Walz policy plans here.
How’s one to know?
Colorado and Maine residents, don’t dare to sit and watch what we’ll become if your House seats are flipped red in November. Each state has one seat rated as a toss-up that needs your votes to stay blue!

Don’t let them burn this House to the ground—vote blue on Nov. 5!

With just 13 days until Election Day, the final voter registration deadlines are cascading in a line. Visit our website and select your state to learn more about these deadlines and make sure your registration is up-to-date — before it’s too late! Note: The dates listed here are for online and mail-in registration deadlines. Some states allow in-person registration past this deadline.
Oct. 25 - Utah
Oct. 26 - Massachusetts, New York
Oct. 28 - Colorado, Hawaii, Washington
Many states also offer early voting — a great option to cast your ballot if you can’t or don’t want to wait in a long line on Election Day (and since whether you voted is public record, it’ll free up resources so volunteers can focus on undecided voters out there!). Visit our website and select your state to learn about your early voting options.
My daughter and I are signed up for the Swifties text bank tonight, too! See you there!
